The International Labour Confederation (ILC) is a strong and determined declaration of will of working people all united to address prevailing injustices and fight for global social justice.
It stands as a torch for millions of workers worldwide, recognizing the universal significance of labour in promoting global social justice.
The ILC strives to advocate for workers’ rights on a global scale, driven by the belief that "Labour is a universal value, and a just world can only be built through labour".
Established during its inaugural meeting in Istanbul on October 21, 2022, the ILC held its first Ordinary General Assembly in February 2024.
Currently, the ILC represents over 30 million workers worldwide.
Mission
The mission of the ILC is to promote global social justice, peace, decent work, social dialogue, equality, and equity by collaborating with labour organizations worldwide.
Vision
The vision of the ILC is to create a world where labour is fairly rewarded and where peace and justice prevail.
