Memur-Sen Held Historic Rally in Ankara

The 8th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, which will determine the economic, social, and employee rights of more than 6 million public servants and retirees for the 2026-2027 period, began on July 28, 2025, at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. MEMUR-SEN Confederation, acting as the general authority confederation and the President of the Public Unions Delegation, found the government's initial offer, submitted on August 12th, inadequate and far removed from its own demands. Instead, it rejected it and shared with the public and its organization a six-day action plan that will be a landmark event in union history.
