International Congress on “Labour, Digitalization and Social Justice”
ILC member Memur-Sen organized an International Congress on Labour, Digitalization and Social Justice in Ankara on April 18–19, 2025. The congress brought together 200 trade union leaders representing 50 confederations from 41 countries, along with three international organizations.
This high-level event provided a vital platform to address the far-reaching impacts of digitalization—one of the most transformative forces of our time—on the world of work, including the growing income inequality and the erosion of social justice.
Panel discussions focused on several key themes, including:
- The Impact of Globalization and Digitalization on Working Life
- Ensuring Social Justice and Fair Income Distribution in the Workplace
- The Transformation of Trade Union Structures in the Digital Era
