Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation of the Training Program
The ceremony highlighted the participants' active engagement throughout the program, which aimed to equip trade unionists from 19 countries with the tools and knowledge to address the challenges of institutional development and digital transformation.

Certificates were presented to the attendees by Mr. Ali Yalçın President of ILC and Prof. Dr. Elif Gökçearslan, President of ÇASGEM

During the presentation, Mr. Yalçın emphasized the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in adapting to the evolving global landscape. He stated:
“This program is a testament to our shared commitment to strengthening labour organizations worldwide. The skills and strategies discussed over these three days will undoubtedly contribute to building resilient, future-ready institutions.”
