The Bosnia and Herzegovina Primary Education Workers Union is affiliated with SSSBiH, member of ILC.
Gök shared important messages about the education system:
“Education system stands as the bedrock of nations, shaping the future. Within the educational landscape, teachers emerge as pivotal figures, embodying the essence of this transformative process. Any proposed reforms in education demand robust consultation with all stakeholders, with a special emphasis on teachers and their unions. Their invaluable insights and contributions must underpin any decision-making process, ensuring inclusivity and democratic participation. Teachers must be actively engaged in shaping educational policies, fostering a collaborative environment through social dialogue and collective bargaining mechanisms.”
Additionally, ILC Genel Secretary Dr. Gök reiterated his commitment to stand alongside the Bosnia and Herzegovina Primary Education Workers' Union and SSSBiH Confederation.
