Three-Day Training Program on Institutional Capacity Building and Digital Transformation
The program began on January 9, 2025, with a formal opening ceremony. Key speeches were delivered by Prof. Dr. Elif Gökçearslan, President of ÇASGEM, and Mr. Ali Yalçın, President of ILC.
Participants then attended an introductory session outlining the objectives and themes of the training.
The first day also featured high-level visits to significant institutions, including the Ministry of Labour, the Directorate General for Labour, and the Memur-Sen Confederation Headquarters, providing participants with insight into Turkey's labour systems.
Over the three days, participants attended a variety of training courses led by experts and practitioners, including:
- Trade Union Functioning and Organization Model in
- Public and Private Sector Trade Unionism in Turkey
- Institutionalization and Digital Infrastructure Development
- Creating Quality Content for Digital Media
- International Trade Union Organizations: History, Structure, and Future
